churn out recommendations such as The Hills Have Eyes, Texas Chainsaw
Massacre, Saw and other popular American movies.
The problem isn't that they're American or popular, it's that they're
NOTHING like Martyrs. Those movies didn't really make me feel as if
*I* were the one being dragged into the basement and tortured.
The only films I've found similar to Martyrs are Mum Dad and
Frontier(s).
I welcome anything you have in mind, foreign or not, as long as it's
no where close to the movies I mentioned in the first paragraph and
obviously any movie similar to those films as well.
It doesn't have to be gory or anything, I just want the same
experience/feel I had when I watched Martyrs.
I apologize for posting this. I'm well aware there are several quests
asking for the same exact thing, but I already explained my search
results.
