So my dad was at the redbox going to get a movie but before he went a
old lady was ordering after you got her disk box she noticed it didn't
have a movie in it so i am asking why did it give her an empty box? i
thought you couldn't turn a movie in if it wasn't in the box becuase
it needs a code to be able to be turned in. doesn't it? i mean the
other people could have turn the box in but without the disk they
probably still going to be paying for it and since the lady doesn't
have the disk you can't turn it in. So can someone clear this up for
me? thanks
